This recorded version of the course is available on-demand, meaning it’s available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and you can complete it at your own pace.
Each session is just over an hour in length, but you have control to adjust your viewing speed. I recommend setting aside an additional 20-60 minutes per session to complete the exercises and journal prompts.
